A signature leadership formation initiative established by Bishop Dr. Gideon Titi-Ofei, Founder and Chancellor of the University of Gold Coast.
As an established developer of the next generation of leaders, Bishop Dr. Titi-Ofei has invested significantly in forming people for service in ministry, education, enterprise, governance and society. Through this doctoral scholarship initiative, that leadership development vision is being extended into the academy.
The Scholarships identify, support and prepare outstanding Christian scholars for doctoral research, university teaching, academic leadership and long-term institutional service. This is not simply a PhD funding opportunity. It is a structured pathway into the future faculty of the University of Gold Coast.
The Scholarships provide a limited number of competitive three-year PhD scholarships to exceptional Christian MPhil holders who demonstrate strong academic promise, research capacity, moral character, teaching potential and a clear commitment to a serious career in higher education. Successful applicants pursue doctoral studies while serving as Doctoral Teaching Fellows of the University.
